TRACKING

Check the tracking code relating to your shipment in your email or view it by accessing your account management, in Order Information by clicking on the “Tracking Code” of the relevant order, you will be able to track your shipment. Or alternatively, request the tracking code at the following email address: kasiaventurini@gmail.com

Once delivered, if the material does not correspond to that listed on the invoice, the customer must send (within 48 hours of delivery) the invoice with the relevant note to the relevant sales representative via e-mail to the address kasiaventurini@gmail.com to the problem encountered; the customer will be contacted only after having checked and verified what happened

The delays of the couriers are not attributable to the company Rositabutik of Katarzyna Pacewicz

The goods, however, always travel “at the customer’s risk”, except in cases where specific insurance is required.

DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the weight, destination and when the order is acquired.

Once you have received the product, please check:

-that the number of packages (packages or envelopes) indicated on the carrier’s letter is actually the one delivered;

-that the package or envelope is intact and undamaged; any complaints must be raised immediately with the courier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly. In this case, if the damage is easily detectable, we invite you to refuse the delivery.

Rositabutik of Katarzyna Pacewicz declines any responsibility for causes beyond its control and/or will. Please remember that when you place your order you accept the general and warranty conditions described at the same time and in full.

The general and warranty conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law and are subject exclusively to Italian jurisdiction.
