In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer who holds the status of consumer and, therefore, the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to professional activity, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason and without having to incur different costs from those specified in the following paragraphs, no later than fourteen days from delivery, or from the day on which the Customer himself or a third party designated by the latter acquires physical possession of the purchased goods.
The conditions and procedure for exercising this right will be specified in the following paragraphs:
– the products have not been used or damaged;
– the product must be returned in perfect condition, products showing signs of damage, wear or dirt will not be accepted;
– the return is made using the intact original packaging;
– the returned material is accompanied by a document indicating the number and date of the invoice or order relating to the product, as well as the reason for the return;
– the transport relating to the return is the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of separate delivery of multiple products, ordered by the Consumer with a single order, the 14-day deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.
The only costs payable by the buyer for exercising the right in question are those of return.
The refund of the sums paid will take place as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, subject to communication of the bank details by the customer.
